In the pool
Aqua Lite - 40 mins (Hydrotherapy Pool)
This low-intensity class in warm water is designed to help rehabilitate those with ailments. A gentle full body workout that will help those stiff joints and work on improving your balance and posture and overall fitness. Water temperature 33.5 degrees. Ramp available for easy access.
Aqua Jog - 45 mins (DivePool/50m Pool)
Experience a workout that is high intensity and beneficial to a wide range of fitness levels. Using a comfortable buoyancy belt to suspend you, this class will incorporate a variety of exercises designed to increase endurance and mobility. This is a great class for anyone who loves to run or walk but does not want to feel the impact on their joints.
Aqua Fit - 45 mins (Gallagher Aquatic Centre)
This is a multi-level cardiovascular workout where you can work at your own level. A full body workout with almost no impact and little choreography, designed to increase the heart rate and tone the entire body. MUST BE WATER CONFIDENT.

HITT - 45 mins
A fast-paced workout designed to make you sweat! This class incorporates a mixture of bodyweight, functional, and cardio exercises, offering a dynamic environment where you can push your limits and achieve your fitness goals.
Parents & Bubs - 45 mins
A fun and supportive full-body workout designed especially for mums, pregnant women, and all caregivers. Safely rebuild strength, boost energy, and bond with your baby through gentle movements. Suitable for newborns to crawling age.
Reformer Pilates - 50 mins
A low‑impact, full‑body reformer Pilates class focused on strength, posture, and mobility. Instructor‑led sessions (50 minutes) provide expert guidance, technique cues, and progressions, while on‑demand sessions (60 minutes) are unstaffed, offering flexible access to high‑quality workouts anytime. Suitable for beginners through to experienced movers.
Mat Pilates - 45 mins
Pilates focuses on body awareness and good posture while increasing core strength, mobility, stability and flexibility.
Deep Stretch - 45 mins
This class focuses on lengthening the muscles and opening the joints of the body to help with your flexibility, range of motion and posture. Deep Stretch also incorporates relaxation techniques through deep breathing and mind-body connection.
Lo & Go - 45 mins
Enjoy some low impact cardio to motivating music and fun choreography. Add in a mix of strength and conditioning ending in a well deserved stretch.
Body Sculpt - 45 mins
A fun and choreographed full body workout, this class focuses on toning the entire body with an emphasis on improving strength, fitness, stability and flexibility.
Yoga Flow - 45 mins
A flowing combination of yoga and pilates poses choreographed to music.
