Welcome to Gallagher Aquatic Centre,

If you are looking for exercise, recreation, or learning how to swim Gallagher Aquatic Centre can cater for you. The pools have a great community feel, and are ideal for family fun occasions.

Opened in 1997 Gallagher Aquatic Centre has two pools, a 25m pool with a disabled access ramp and a toddler’s pool. 

We have two gas barbeques for hire in the outdoor entertainment area with sheltered children’s playground and picnic area, so bring the family down, the kids will love you for it!

We also exclusively offer Ladies Only Night.

We have taken the popular idea of women's Gyms to the water and added a twist creating  a pysical environment that gives women of any background or religion the freedom to exercise, enjoy and learn in the water. Ladies only night runs every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the Month.

The next ladies Only Nights will be Sunday the 14th and 28th of April.

The council is doing work on the water mains in the Melville area and will be temporarily shutting down the water supply on Thursday 04/04/2013 at 1pm for approximately 2 Hours which might affect Gallagher Aquatic Centre.
